US Army Europe Entertainment and the Roadside Theater proudly present the 2003 TOPPERS Awards Show on April 26. This exciting evening honors community theater throughout the league of US Forces theaters in Europe -- 24 community theater productions from Germany, Italy, Belgium and England will be recognized for outstanding achievements on acting, directing, technical design and production. Awards will include Best Comedy; Best Drama; Best Musical; Best Actor, Actress and Director; Best Youth Performance and many, many more.

The evening will begin at 6:00 pm with an appetizer buffet and pay-as-you-go bar.

At 7:30 p.m., the TOPPER Singers and orchestra will take the stage under the direction of Jim Sohre, to present another entertaining song and dance revue. This musical production is always an electrifying opening for the evening. The awards ceremony will then begin, and is filled with performances from Entertainment Branch participants from all over Europe. The excitement builds throughout the evening to the climax of the presentation of the "Best" awards.

The TOPPER Awards Show is open to everyone who enjoys theatre, and has become one of the most popular US Army Europe events. Don't miss this entertaining and exciting evening.

Reservations and payment must be made through your local Community Entertainment Branches. Only Roadside Theater participants and Heidelberg community members may make reservations directly to Roadside Theater.

Entertainment Branch Staff, please note: Total reservation numbers and payment must be turned into the Roadside Theater no later than COB on 14 April.

Heidelberg participants: Due to the popularity of this event, advanced payment is required at the time of the reservation. Credit Card information may be submitted through our website Reservations form or by phone . Reservations made without credit card information must be paid within 24 hours by check or cash at the Roadside Theater. Box office hours are Tuesday-Friday from 12 to 5 p.m. Unpaid reservations will be cancelled after 24 hours.
