We are pleased to welcome you to the Roadside Theater. Part of our mission is Host Nation Relations and Cultural Exchange. We are very glad you wish to join us and are proud to share some American culture with you. We do ask your understanding that heightened security requires us to follow specific procedures and guidelines. This also applies to US citizens who do not have US Military ID cards.
To attend a performance or an event, we require passport and nationality information from each person who wishes to attend. For reservations, we require this information no later than the Tuesday morning before the performance you wish to attend. For auditions or other involvement, we require this information no later than one week prior to the event.
We will provide this information to the Installation Access Office, requesting clearance for you to be an official guest of the Roadside Theater, and added to an access roster to enter Patton Barracks. We will notify you as to whether or not clearance is received and if you have been added to the access roster. Please note that our receipt of your information from this form does not constitute authorization to enter Patton Barracks.
This personal information will only be used for admittance and is kept confidential and secure. We do not hold this information on file and must ask that you provide it for each performance. When you come to Patton Barracks for the performance or event, please remember to bring your ID or passport.
As a Roadside official guest, you may only use the Speyerstrasse gate. If you are driving, enter the gate and park on the immediate right in the “Sign-In Guest” parking. Then walk into the security tent where the guards will check the access roster and your identification. You will then be able to drive or walk to the theater.
