Audition Information:

This classical Americn musical requires a large cast of men, women & children, ages 8 year and up. Actors, singers, dancers are needed. Auditions are open to everyone and no experience is required. A prepared musical number with sheet music is requested. A pianist will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing for the dance part of the auditions.

Perusal scripts are available at the Roadside Theater on 17 January.

Show Information:

This joyful show was ground-breaking in musical theater history and remains one of the most beloved musicals of all time.

Set in Western Indian Territory just after the turn of the century, the high-spirited rivalry between the local farmers and cowboys provides the colorful background against which Curly, a handsome cowboy, and Laurey, a winsome farm girl, play out their love story. With these two headstrong romantics holding the reins, love's journey is as bumpy as a surrey ride down a country road - roaring toward statehood and the founding of Oklahoma!.
